I try to be fair and understand support teams can get backed up, but after waiting several days with no reply, it’s frustrating. I reached out expecting at least some kind of update, and I still haven’t heard anything back.

I placed my order two weeks ago and it still hasn’t shown up. I kept thinking maybe it would arrive the next day, the way packages sometimes do when tracking gets weird, but nope. I even checked the porch a few times like I was expecting a surprise pizza delivery or something. There also hasn’t been any proper update, which is the most frustrating part. I wouldn’t mind the wait so much if someone actually let me know what was going on.

I ordered from charmboxco.com and had mixed feelings at first because I wanted to like the experience. But once I asked for a refund, things got frustrating quickly. They were slow to respond in the beginning, and after that it felt like they basically stopped giving me any real answers. I kept getting the same vague reply with no actual update on where my refund was. It’s been way longer than I expected, and I still don’t have my money back. I’m not saying everything about them is terrible, but this whole situation left a bad impression and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I really wanted to like this charm because it looked adorable in the photos, and I’m usually such a sucker for little accessories like this. I was even thinking it would be cute with a sweater I wear all the time, though that sweater has seen better days too. Anyway, once I got the charm up close, it just didn’t feel very well made. The edges were kind of rough, and the finish had these tiny marks that made it look cheaper than I expected. I wore it once, but I didn’t really trust it to last or hold up with regular use. Kind of a bummer.
